Concerning design superstars

Some very good points here - and I agree, we pick type and draw stuff (most of us aren’t even that great a drawing stuff ;), it ain’t rocket surgery.

A good eye, willingness to learn, and no fear of hard work is what every up and coming designer needs.  Actually, it’s what we all need, all of the time. As Eric says - we are ALL always learning. Every piece of work can always be better  - if you stop thinking that, you should probably start doing something else.
